Roseberri was founded with purpose, experience, and heart.
Our founder, Logan Rosenbrock, grew up immersed in the world of adult foster care. With parents who owned and operated multiple AFC homes in Michigan’s Tri-Cities, Logan began working in the office at just 14 years old — learning the ins and outs of caregiving, compliance, and compassionate operations from the ground up.
After earning an MBA in 2022, Logan went on to manage a 33-bed AFC home in Midland, gaining firsthand experience with the complex challenges providers face — especially when it comes to state regulations and Medicaid Waiver compliance. It was clear there was a gap in support for AFC businesses navigating these critical processes.
That insight was the seed that grew into Roseberri.
What started as a mission to help AFCs stay compliant and thrive has grown into a multifaceted company offering compliance consulting, digital marketing, business solutions, and administrative support for businesses of all kinds. With additional training and career experiences, Logan expanded Roseberri’s services to meet the broader needs of entrepreneurs and healthcare providers alike — all with the same dedication to integrity, clarity, and results.

At the heart of Roseberri is Logan Rosenbrock — a strategic, empathetic, and results-driven entrepreneur with a lifelong connection to the world of healthcare operations and small business development.
Logan earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and an MBA from Northwood University, completing the dual-degree path in just four years. With a deep foundation in business strategy and a natural gift for leadership, Logan held multiple executive roles within Alpha Chi Omega and consistently achieved top academic honors.
Before founding Roseberri, Logan gained hands-on experience managing a 33-bed adult foster care home in Midland, Michigan — an opportunity that revealed how deeply underserved many AFC and small business operators are when it comes to compliance, growth support, and practical resources. From that realization, Roseberri was born: a boutique firm offering highly tailored services to organizations who want more than just advice — they want impact.
